An Introduction for Professor Chen Jianchang

  Chen Jianchang is considered to be a famous tax-lawyer, senior tax-designer and financial taxation trainer in China. His major is taxation and law, and he has been a Certified Tax Agent, Licensed Lawyer and Certified Accountant by now. He also takes the role of the manager of Shenzhen Yinshuitong Financial Taxation Design Co. Ltd., which is cooperated with Shenzhen Caishuida Certified Tax Agents. He is the cooperator of Guangdong Mingxuan Law Firm, too.

World Tax Union’s branch in Beijing, International Financial Management Association’s branch in Hongkong, Guangdong Commercial Union, Pay Taxes Club and other tens of financial taxation training units have invited him as a senior lecturer. In the mean time, the Central University of Finance and Economics, China Plan Institute, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Zhongshan University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tiancheng Collage, Central Financial Wire Research Institute and other twenty famous universities have invited him as a guest professor.

He holds the post of a director in International Financial Management Association’s branch in Hongkong, a special financial committee member in Shenzhen Lawyer Association, the host of Guangdong Tax-lawyer Union, a specially invited investigator for China International Economy Development Research Centre and Beijing Tax Revenue with Market Investigation Centre.

Professor Chen is not only a financial taxation fighter but also a speech expert. He has worked as a tax checker for government, so his plan is more authoritative. He graduated from a tax and law collage, so his knowledge on those is very deep. He knows a lot about tax-laws, financial account and other laws, for his three certificates. He has worked in a Tax Office for 20 years and presented as a chief for 10 years. It’s another 10 years since he began his tax-lawyer and speech life.

In May 2003, he received an “Advanced Individual” reward from eight departments of Anhui government. In November 2006, his name was recorded in the book “Fa Zheng Nan Yue”, as a famous Guangdong tax-lawyer. In August 2007, he went abroad to Auckland in New Zealand for a great public financial taxation speech and was highly commended. The honors and achievements of Professor Chen were separately edited in the book “Honor of China” in 2007 and “Party’s Glory in Guangdong” in April 2009 by government.

Professor Chen often practices tax-laws by using his real cases, to make them more active and impressing. He teaches his plans by learning his own checking experience, to make them more fair and reasonable. His wonderful and systematic analyzes, sincere but humorous speechs, and interactive lessons, are highly commended by students all over China. He is always considered as “a speaker for financial taxation training”, “a fighter for financial taxation planning”, and “a perfect combo of both finance and taxation”.
